Release of liability

I understand and agree that the Chattanooga Feral Cat Alliance, Megan Morris, and any volunteers or board members acting on behalf of the Chattanooga Feral Cat Alliance shall not be liable to me or held responsible by me in any manner whatsoever for, or in connection with, the TNR process and procedures, and I hereby hold the Chattanooga Feral Cat Alliance, Megan Morris, and any volunteers or board members acting on behalf of the Chattanooga Feral Cat Alliance harmless from and against any and all liability and damages that may arise during and after the TNR process.
